After having a great experience in CA, our first time to a MIMI's we decided to dine with them in Casa Grande, AZ. Nov.

13, 2015.

All the service was very slow, slow to bring the drinks and very slow to return and take the order. Next the food took forever, fries were ice cold, other food was not well prepared, some also cold. Must of set out before being serviced. Complained, manager came to table and offered to make things better, they had run out of fries, this was 7pm on a Friday night.

Someone did some very poor planning for the weekend. The manager took the soda's off the check, lame offer for poor service and poor food. We will never return to that Mimi's for sure. We have heard from other people who live in Casa Grande that they have also experienced similar situations.

Corporate needs to do something to correct their problems. Signed; never to return.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
